ABOUT ME

I am a highly motivated Designer with more than 22 years of experience as an Architect / Project Manager at D.G.A Studio in Westchester, New York, working in high end residential projects. More recently, I have expanded my practice, as independent Studio into the market of Richmond, Virginia to address the high demand of housing, home improvements, renovations and alterations.
I also have strong skills in construction documentation and management during the execution of each Project. As well as having weekly site visits are part of our protocol. Among others, our services include design development, construction documents, bidding analysis to select the best general contractor, building permit filing sets, and careful construction management during the building Process.
My dynamic and unique skill set with relationships with all subcontractors involved in each project, allow me to obtain the best value for my clients investment. A reliable network of subcontractors, fully licensed, and structural engineers are available to specific requirements by the counties, depending on specific aspect of each project.
